One week later, one door and one window were broken in a break and enter. We asked to have those two items replaced asap. Not only did they accommodate us with our request, they installed EVERYTHING early. The installers were friendly and neat and knowledgeable. They had some trouble with one door but solved it quickly and did an amazing job. Our sales person only cared that we were satisfied with our purchase and happy with every aspect of the process.
