I had a good experience with the saleswoman - she answered all my questions and explained things well (and this is not my first window job so she had to know her stuff!). The install went very smooth and looks clean and professional. The exterior siding was left looking like this was the original door and caulking was done well on the inside too.

They take the time to visit the site, do a thorough inspection, and provide by the best recommendation they can. Alex and his team are very reliable and very easy to communicate with. The installers are also very friendly, and will take their time to ensure all their products are installed correctly. I have not seem them cut corners, like some other companies do. I would definitely recommend working with them if you are looking for a cost effective and reliable long term product.
