They took the time to explain every step, answered all questions and made sure everything was done perfectly. Installation was clean, efficient and completed on schedule. Highly recommend!

I love my new windows. I had 34 windows done over 4 days and the crew was so tidy and careful. They left no mess anywhere and I was impressed how they took apart the old windows so that the metal could be recycled. My sales rep Adam was great he was very responsive with his communication and the team delivered on everything that they said they would do. The windows have been a joy to use and the house is much cozier and less drafty.

Install Team Sehrri, Pavlo and entire crew showed up on time. Took extreme care removing disposing windows, installing , a d making sure everything was cleaned up and working well before leaving. Clean up was like no one even was there. Windows are beautiful and have really changed the look of our home.

On December 8, the first coldest day of our winter I had an installation done for 10 windows and one door from Canadian choice, windows and doors. I wanted to take the time to thank the team for being so fantastic and what they do I had the pleasure of having Ryan James in my home who talked me through all of my choices and help me with my decision-making. He was fantastic and full of knowledge and was able to answer all the questions I had on the day of the installation. The team did show up a bit late, but completed the job thoroughly by the end of the night, working efficiently and staying on task they laid mats down throughout the house to keep things, neat and tidy and cleaned up their mess when they were done the team that arrived that day. Was Bulat and Daniel team! I am super happy with my new windows and doors and would recommend Canadian choice windows and doors to anyone including family and friends. Super happy with my recent purchase from Canadian Choice Windows! Jakob in sales won me over with my new bow window and front door when all I was inquiring about was 8 new windows. Andrii and his installation crew were fast, efficient and very respectful of my home. Any questions or concerns I had Andrii took the time to show me proper maintenance of my new windows including screens, locks and general operation. Lana in the office handled my financing fast and professionally. 10/10 rating without a doubt!

Recep and Leo did a fantastic job on the installation. The process was smooth and clean. They took out the old window with no issues, cleaned up the interior frame of the window and proceeded with the installation process. After installing. They sweeped the floor and ensured the area was left clean. The windows were also left clean without stickers or smudges. Very good service provided.

We love our new Canadian Choice windows and doors. We had basically every entry point in our home replaced - some of the windows dated back to 1989! We had triple pane glass installed in every window and we are shocked at how quiet our house is now. Our energy bill for the summer was much lower this year, and we barely have to run our furnace. Ryan James was amazing every step of the way. Not only did he get us the best price, he was easy to work with and made the whole process a dream. The install team were kind, courteous, and clean. What more could you ask for?

We recently had new windows and sliding doors installed by Canadian Choice Windows and Doors. During installation, we noticed that both sliding doors had been fitted with outer screen doors instead of the single screen we had originally requested for a cleaner look. The team addressed this promptly and corrected the issue in a timely and professional manner.

The overall service was outstanding. They opened an entire wall of our home to install a new sliding door where none existed before, and also added a custom bi-folding bar window that looks as though it was always part of the house. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were exceptional.

Jemal was excellent. Showed up on time very knowledgeable and thorough. We have many different types of widows, a couple of doors and wanted a custom box window for our kitchen. Jemal walked us through our options. He helped work through a few details with the installer. Installers were also awesome. Took their time to get everything right. It wasn't an easy job but they made it great. We are very pleased!
