I am pleased to recommend Canadian Choice Windows & Doors. We first consulted them a couple of years ago and were so happy with the result that we called them back for additional work. Dealing with Adriano was fantastic. First time around we replaced 6 windows and a patio door. This time we did 5 windows. Adriano made some great suggestions regarding which windows would work best for us and fully explained the technical differences and installation procedure. Audrey and his helper did a great job doing the install. You can tell by the neatness of their work that they are skilled and take pride in their craft. The quality of the product is great but sometimes things do happen. When Adriano was doing our second quote I mentioned to him that one of the blinds between the glass on the patio door they installed last time was sagging some and I was concerned that the spring might be starting to fail. No problem. He contacted their warranty department and Dan reached out to me to resolve the issue. A new entire door was quickly ordered and replaced the same day our windows were installed. Great company, quality product, and exceptional service.
