WOW, Olga treated us like royalty from the moment we walked into the showroom. She thoroughly explained the products, our options, and the entire installation process without ever making us feel pressured.

On the installation day, Ivan and his crew were exceptional. They were incredibly respectful of our home and time-and even took a moment to give our overly curious dogs a few scratches. Once the work was finished, their attention to detail really stood out. They cleaned up meticulously and took the time to walk us through our new European doors, making sure we fully understood how to operate them and appreciate their features. They were never in a rush to just pack up and leave.

We needed new windows and a new front door. Igor was very knowledgeable and the crew who came to install everything was excellent. Acop, Alex, and Mathieu did a very good job. They installed everything in 2 days. We are happy with the new windows and our new door looks great.

First of all I would like to give a big thanks to Tanya the project coordinator without her all of this will not be possible. She is the one who took care of everything for us. From evaluating, advising and giving suggestions for the right windows and doors for our house, to financing and even gave us discounts. She is also very responsive for all of our questions and inquiries. She did a great job on assisting us, and we're so greatful to her. The team was very professional, explained everything, make sure everything was installed properly and done right. Informative, friendly, polite. Very satisfied for their job. Mr. Gena and the team was very helpful and informative. Great to have them to do the job professionally in our house.

We just had 7 windows replaced on our home and could not be more pleased with Canadian Choice.
Eugeny was our sales rep and did the initial measurements. which were 100% correct. When the windows arrived on the promised date, the Installation crew with Alec, Acop and Mathieu, arrived early and completed the entire job in one day. My vinyl siding had some heat damage (cracking), but the crew did an excellent job repairing the damage around the new windows and it looks better now than before. They replaced our window casings and did an thorough clean-up afterwards.
I would not hesitate to use Canadian Choice in the future and in fact, we will be calling them again next year to replace our large picture window.

Windows are attractive but more importantly triple pane and sound reduced is noticed immediately. Have not noticed reduction in cost of heating as too soon! Installation was quick and they cleaned up 95% of debris and dust. Some dust was very fine left on furniture. All old windows removed and manners were impeccable! Thank you.
